Employee Handbook.

The Employee Handbook ensures compliance with federal and state laws. It states the company’s legal obligations and employees’ rights. It ensures standardization and uniformity across the company.

If you have an Employee Handbook, it’s highly recommended that you update it every year. Laws are changing often and its important that you’re handbook stays current.
